that's cold brew began in mid-2017 when henning began to experiment with different filters and coffee blends. soon after he shared his new obsession with friend and fellow coffee enthusiast, brad, who after brewing his first batch immediately partnered up to help found that's cold brew. since then the dynamic duo have been sharing their love for DIY cold brewing, cold brew cocktails, and more
